Driven Dreams Media is a Minneapolis-based creative production agency founded in 2017. We build campaign content, brand stories, and visual work for companies and agencies ready to show up at a higher level.
Over eight years we've grown from a one-person operation into a full-service studio trusted by national brands, creative agencies, and professional athletes. We've contributed to National Geographic, produced campaigns with tens of millions of views in paid reach, and been hired by national companies specifically because they needed a local team they could rely on.
We work across the full production cycle — creative strategy, shoot direction, editing, and post-production delivery. For agencies, that means a partner who receives the brief, protects your client relationship, and delivers work that's ready to run. For brands, that means a team that treats your content like it has something to prove.

Connor Anderson — Founder & Creative Director
Connor leads vision, strategy, and execution across every project — from concept through final delivery. He founded DDM in 2017 on the belief that independent production doesn't have to mean small-scale work.

Meet the Founder
Jacob Her —
Filmmaker & Creative Developer
Jacob brings a filmmaker's instinct to every project — from early creative development through production. With a background in directing and a passion for shaping stories, he's a key collaborator on the creative side of DDM's work.
Drew Meyer (DJS)—
Production & Technical Lead
Drew is DDM's technical backbone on set. Fully geared and ready to deploy, he handles production coordination, on-site client communication, and is trusted to run solo on projects that demand it. Drew is also a charting audio engineer — brought in whenever sound is central to the work.
Matt Tryan —
Editor
Matt handles DDM's larger post-production work with a fast, organized, and professional workflow. Collaborative by nature and seamless with colorists, Matt is a familiar face in commercial post-production across the Twin Cities.
Olumide Famule (TDM5) —
Story Editor & Creative
Olu looks for story — and knows it when he finds it. Spanning production through post, he brings an artistic edge and a deep focus on creative storytelling that shapes the work from the inside out.
Zania Coleman —
Director, Producer & Storyteller (Tangible Collective)
Zania is an archivist, director, and producer with a gift for community-centered work. DDM calls on her for documentary, nonprofit, and community-led projects that demand a grounded and intentional creative voice.
Daniel Garritsen —
Gaffer & Lighting Director
Lighting is Daniel's world. With a filmmaking background and deep technical expertise, Daniel is DDM's go-to when a project calls for serious lighting rigs and the knowledge to run them right.
