When you fill out our Start a Project form, or email or call us, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, website or social links, and details about your project like timing, location and budget. When you visit the site, our website host and analytics tools collect basic technical information, like your browser, device, pages viewed and roughly where you are, through cookies and similar tools.

We use your details to reply to you, scope and quote your project, and do the work if you hire us. We use site data to understand which pages help people reach us and to measure whether our ads work. We do not sell your personal information.

We use a small set of services to run the business: Wix for the website and forms, Google for email, Google Analytics and Google Ads, and Dubsado for contracts, invoices and the client portal. They process your information for us under their own terms. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and Google Ads to measure our ads and, if we turn it on, show our ads to people who visited the site. You can turn off cookies in your browser, use the cookie settings on this site, or manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

We keep inquiry details for as long as they help us follow up or run the project, plus the time we need for business and tax records. You can ask us to show you what we have, fix it, or delete what we are not required to keep. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email with the link in it, or by replying.
